What to Expect

Throughout this workshop, you will encounter a series of empowering activities, exercises, and discussions that will help you navigate the healing process. Here’s what you can expect:

    Expert Guidance
As a professional with significant personal experience in trauma and loss, I’ll share what has and hasn’t worked for me and provide you with the tools, techniques, and guidance to get started on your healing journey. You’ll start to overcome self-blame, build resilience, and work toward a renewed sense of purpose through changing your perspective on your past.

    Transformative Activities
You’ll take part in transformative activities specially designed to support your healing process. These activities include a history scan, guided prayer, journaling exercises, and creative expression. Each activity is designed to help you explore and acknowledge your emotions, cultivate self-compassion, foster personal growth, and most importantly, allow God to heal your heart and emotions.

Connect with a compassionate community of individuals who have also experienced trauma and loss. Share your stories, experiences, and insights in a safe and understanding environment. Together, we’ll create a network that inspires each other on the journey to healing and living a life filled with joy and purpose.
